Q: Can I restore my purchases?
A: To restore your purchases make sure to sync your apps to your computer through iTunes BEFORE you uninstall this app. You can then re-sync to load a copy of this app with your purchases!

Q: Why do I have to leave the app on-screen all night?
A: Apple requires all third party alarm clock apps to be on-screen for full functionality. Please remember to leave the app open when you go to bed. We also recommend you keep your device plugged in or at least near full battery. When the app is open, your device will not auto-lock.

Q: What if I forget to leave my app on-screen?
A: A default backup alarm will play. However in order for the backup alarm to work properly, your device should not be set on vibrate or do-not-disturb. If the app is on-screen, then you don't have to worry about these settings. Therefore it is really important to leave the app open at night! 

NOTE: for iOS 8 or above users, the backup alarm requires permission to send notifications. You can change these permissions in the Settings App -> Notification Center -> Math Alarm.

Q: I bought iPod music alarms but it doesn't let me choose a song
A: 
If your music streams from iCloud, you must download the song to your device before using it as an alarm. This ensures that your alarm works without an internet connection!

Q: Does the gesture to adjust the brightness permanently change the brightness of my phone?
A: No. Once you leave the app, you can restore your phone's normal brightness by simply pressing the power button to turn off your screen and then pressing it again to turn on your screen. The brightness should now be your original setting!
